Do NOT use this guy!!!! He come to my house tore my dishwasher apart flooded the kitchen and the just walked out the front door!! I wish I had pics to share of the flood but my wife cleaned it up and was not thinking of taking photos. Please don’t call this guys if you care about your home! I never would’ve imagined in a million years a repair man do more damage then repairs! Be careful who you let in your home to work on things! I can’t even find all the pieces he took out to put it back together.

Do NOT use this guy! I had him at my house twice. Once under my choice home warranty to fix my refrigerator. It was freezing over, he said that he would not deal with my home warranty people. He said that they would not pay him??? They are the ones who called him out to my house. Keep in mind I had t wait a week and half before he showed up. I don't believe that now that I have used him for a second time. This time I called him myself and was going to pay out of pocket to fix a dishwasher. They guy come in and looked at made a mess and then left. I had to call him and he said he would have to look

I have used Rick Burns numerous times over several years and have always been happy with his work and response time. He has repaired a washing machine, refrigerator, replaced a furnace and thermostat as well as helped me postpone buying the furnace by adding freon to the AC. He has always scheduled me quickly and arrives when scheduled. He is my guy and I will continue to use Burns Appliance.

Called Burns Appliance Repair for my dad's Kenmore washer based off his good reviews on Google. I stated that the washing machine wasn't working properly, not getting clothes clean. He came and said it was the throwing out a faulty lock code and that wasn't allowing the washer to fill correctly. He replaced the lock but the problem wasn't fixed. I called him back and he said that I didn't say that initially and that he would be back to check. He never came back. Had to call Sears.
