Professional, detailed, on time and provided excellent customer service. Willie knew exactly what was required after assessment of the problem, ordered the part and fixed the issue. He followed up until the part came in and kept us abreast of everything until the job was completed. Washer is working like new. Washer top had to be replaced on LG washer. Would definitely recommend this business and most definitely Willie.

Unfortunately, I am not able to recommend Denmark Appliance Repair and seem to be experiencing the same issues as previous customers. I contacted LG directly with a refrigerator issue and was given 2 companies to contact. Having met the owner of Denmark previously, I didn’t even think twice on who to call. I now wish I would have read the reviews prior to choosing this company. After completing our diagnostic testing for a refrigerator issue, we were told by Willie that his bid for our repair would likely be too high, and that it would be outsourced to a different company. Willie has placed himself in a great position. One of two companies that LG will accept for warranty diagnosis in the Memphis area. Willie will show up, "diagnose" the issue, collect a $90 fee, and then tell you that LG will not authorize him to fix the appliance because his price will be too high. That's fine, but that should be explained on… the front end. This scammer continues by saying he will process the claim with LG anyway and advise of their response. After a week and a half, no response. After calling Willie, he stated he called us the very next day to say that LG denied his estimate

They did not fix my dishwasher and I understood that they needed to get with my warranty company however I would not recommend them. They do not call back and they put you in a position of continually calling them to get a response. The gentleman I talked to was combative and when I called my warranty company to see if they had provided them a… status update there was no status update on my dishwasher. My assumption was is they had done nothing. Not contacted anyone about parts or contacted the warranty company with a status of my broken dishwasher. I would not recommend this company to
