I have rented a unit for 8years now and They have been so good to me! Always trying to be so helpful towards me and my needs. They are a top notch company with customer service like I've never experienced anywhere! The facility is maintained very well and I know my personal items are safe here. Short or long term storage this is your place!

First day here and already asking for a refund as the property manager did remove lock before leaving for the day, Remind you that I just got the unit today!! This inconvenience was very costly to me and I would not recommend renting here!!

The manager is very unfriendly to me. My wife said she's get nice to her. The management here is lacking. It reminds me of a new employee who is afraid to help customers cuz the boss might not agree. Lastly, our rent increased $35, so we left. After our intentions to leave we're known, to employees started following me on the property, asking questions as to why I drove or the long way, why was I going all the way around the facility instead of straight out. My driver apologized, but I withdrew his apology, and told him I went that way because I wanted to.

I’m a military member and this place has been very flexible for me over the years with sudden space needed for deployments or yearly usage for storage with my goods. I couldn’t ask for better service also auto payments is a plus.
