I hired SSGC to do a feasibility study for a site in Oregon. At the onset of the relationship, everything seemed as if it would be a good fit and work out well. I explained my financial situation and asked for ball park and estimation of my project being reasonable based on my capital available. Greg refused to commit to any preliminary spectrum of cost or project potential until he had an opportunity to conduct the study. I advised Greg that I was able to put together up to 1.5 mil for this project. After we had a contract and I commited to a 7k dollar study, I discover that I need 3 mil in capital

I would highly recommend Self Storage Consulting Group. I worked with them on a project and met all their property staff. They are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and informative.
Self Storage is a great business. These guys are Third Party and understand how to operate a facility.
