My friend and I arrived at location to rent a U-Haul. There were two doors and we didn't know which one the office was so we guessed and ended up walking right into to where the customer storage was. The lady in the office then got upset because nobody was supposed to enter the office from the storage side. Then before attending to us she made a phone call about the door lock not working. Any potential criminal could just walk right on cut a lock and get into whatever unit they want...
After this we tried to rent a u-haul and the lady was very distracted and distant and wouldn't help

I didn't end up needing to use a storage unit in Tucson but I wanted to write a review for Kylie who has been extremely supportive and responsive with my inquiries. She helped reserve a unit and provide all information I was looking for during my storage unit search.
She was kind, honest, and up-front about their property, pricing, safety, etc. If I move to the Tucson area this would be my #1 spot for storing my belongings because of her management.

We have had a climate controlled storage unit here for the past seven years. The on-sight staff are all pleasant and helpful. They have a hand truck inside for moving large loads to and from your shed, A keypad allows unsupervised entry into the shed area where a very clean restroom is also provided.
