Our Dishwasher door was bent and not able to close securely. Another company I called cancelled, so I called the next on the list, All American Appliance Repair. Service repairman "Ars" arrived on time, and quickly assessed the issue, explained it clearly to me, gave me a quote, and repaired it in a short amount of time. I will definitely keep All American Appliance Repair at the top of my list for reliable and quality repair service needs.

When I called, the service person said it's gonna take $59 for the technician to come out and the service price will depend on the job. But when the technician came, he said it's a $210 flat fee even though it's took him 20 minutes to clean. He didn't have to replace any part or get any material. This price is extremely unreasonable.

I won't start by saying all the trouble I had when my new dishwasher was delivered and could not be installed!
What I will say is this company who I reached out to late Friday evening on yelp came back with the reply we can install it tomorrow for you 2 guys came fitted it set it all up they were so beyond helpful quoted me a price and stuck to that price.
Professional to the Max please if you need them they are beyond 5 star.

I contacted All American Appliance repair on 7/9/21 midday through their website about my 2004 Miele dishwasher not cleaning the bottom rack well. They got back to me quickly and were able to schedule an appointment for the next day 7/10, a Saturday! The arrival time was set for 11:00 am - 12:00 pm. The technician arrived promptly at 11:00 am. He diagnosed the problem as a clog being the problem, provided the repair cost and efficiently repaired the dishwasher which included pulling it out from the cabinet. He said everything else was working well and the dishwasher should last several more years

I needed to replace the filter in my refrigerator. After trying unsuccessfully to pull the old filter I decided to contact All Appliance. Alex, the technician, was not able to pull the filter either and in order not to damage the filter system, worked patiently to open various screws until he was able to pull the old filter out and put a new one. Alex showed me that the old filter that my wife put a year ago was not the right one for our refrigerator. I really admire the fast, efficient, professional service of Alex.

Great job! Kevin connected the gas line to my cooktop safety, quickly, and efficiently. He installed the burners, tested them, demonstrated the function of the cooktop to me, and cleaned up afterward. He even removed his shoes when he entered my residence. Customer service was communicative and texted me a confirmation of my appt. I would use this company again.

I called this morning and they sent someone out same day to do a diagnostic of my gas range. The lady who answered the phone was professional and courteous. The guy who checked out my range was very meticulous and checked out every part. He also took off his shoes and put everything back the way it was which I really appreciated. There was a little communication issue but it was quickly sorted out with a call to the office.

I used All American in August to fix my built in double oven. Repair was done perfectly after a short delay in getting the parts! Used them again to repair my built in refrigerator, once again repairs were done quickly and professionally. Nancy in the office was great in scheduling and was committed to helping me resolve my refrigerator issues. I will use them again! I was not paid or received a discount for my review!

It is a 20-30 minute job at best. They quoted me $189 for LABOR!!!!

(Just fix my appliance) : Great experience. They were great in setting up the appointment, sending a reminder and showing up on time. They sent an additional technician (Tim) to help with the job at no extra charge. Ralph was great, fixed the problem and left everything looking the way it was before - no mess.

Set up service call for a Miele cooktop repair and Helen promptly sent a technician. Alex showed up on time, diagnosed the problem and quoted $120 for part and 180 for labor.
Asked for one half deposit up front while they wait for the correct part to be delivered. I was informed within a day that the part will ship from Germany and will take more than a month. I called Miele USA and within 5 minutes ordered the correct part that shipping 3 days for a total costing less than $30. Wow, what a mark-up from All American Appliance?!
What makes me miffed was that Alex dismissed my concern regarding

Was a waste of time and money. Big scam!!! The mechanic knew nothing about our kitchen aide built in refrigerator. His was quick to diagnosis and it was a joke. He said the freezer system was out of Freon - what!? Everything was freezing fine. Then he said it is not a job he could do. He called I assume his supervisor and they said they have someone who could recharge it for $1000. They charged a service fee even though they could’t fix it. What a joke! The actual issue was a water valve and a motor for the ice machine needed replaced. Be careful - Do not hire.
