LG washer stopped working yesterday, we called Quick & Pro and Garry quickly scheduled technicians to come out this afternoon...they came out right when scheduled, absolutely knew what they were doing and quickly identified the problem as a faulty sensor, replaced it quickly and also serviced washer and dryer, all at a very fair price...Excellent service, we are very happy with the whole experience and would use them again 100% and enthusiastically recommend Quick & Pro to others

I love the honesty and integrity of this place. I called several appliance spots in the LA area and all were MORE than willing to charge me a base fee just to come out and look at repairs to my refrigerator, but Quick & Pro Appliance Repair was THE ONLY place that took time, over the phone, to ask the model and year purchased.
Turns out, my refrigerator had a recall and was still under warranty! This business literally saved me hundreds of dollars by simply taking the time to look up my appliance info and being 100% honest.

Gary was great. He diagnosed the problem over the phone based on my description, gave me a price over the phone, came and fixed exactly the diagnosed problem in a short period, charged me exactly what he quoted over the phone (which was very reasonable).

I wanted to leave an excellent rating because when I talked to Garry he actually advised me that my appliance was still under warranty and I could save money by going through the manufacturer directly (I didn't use his services). I'll definitely go to Garry again for any other repairs knowing that I can trust him to save me money!

Prompt response to my initial query. Used texting to confirm appointments, and came quickly. We needed a washing machine filter motor, and after a short inspection, the tech ordered the part, which took a few days to arrive. After it came, the tech installed the part, which took significant work on his part. Pricing transparent and process explained. All was good.

Garry was actually early to fix my dishwasher. Very reasonably priced and friendly too. I like to learn from repair guys and he was cool with talking me through his troubleshoot process. Garry is GREAT! Very responsive to any and all messages! He knows exactly what he needs to do to get the job done, and more importantly, what he's unable to do. And he'll inform you of all the information before he begins work.
He installed our new dishwasher after refusal by Home Depot, due to it being a "custom install". He worked around our schedule, and was very respectful of our space, even offering to remove his shoes!

Garry was great & a far more reasonable price for the same service I had last year from a competing company. He took the time to show me a few ways we could try to trouble shoot our issue on our own since our dishwasher is very sensitive. I also needed a simple part to repair the handle & he helped me order it & gave me a coupon code for a discount. I found him to be honest & helpful. I will use him again for service in the future.

Garry was very professional and efficient, I will definitely call him for future appliance problems. I called Garry today about my dishwasher being clogged and he was able to come out within 3 hours. He was very careful to make sure the kitchen stays clean throughout his diagnosis, asking for a towel when he realize there is a slight chance of a mess before it happens. He was able to get to the motor pump efficiently without taking out the dishwasher. He showed me that when the dishwasher is turned on, the pump isn't running. He then shows me the exact part with my computer so I can order

Garry was great. His communication over the phone was prompt and clear. He came over to take a look at our old dishwasher that was not draining properly. He quickly diagnosed the issue and explained it to me clearly. I paid a deposit for the repairs, but my property manager ended up not wanting to do the repairs. Garry was very accommodating and refunded me my deposit.

Simply the best appliance service that I have ever had. Gary came out on a Sunday, to my house in Malibu (yes in beach traffic) without complaint. He was immaculate, efficient and very helpful. He ordered the parts needed and returned within 24 hours to complete the repairs. He will be the only one that I call, a complete gem!!
