The company said there was coming to treat my home in may i talk to 3 people in may and still no one came to do work. And than i when to office on friday the 16 of july and the lady said someone will come monday the 19th and than a another no show . I than call them on the 20th and talk to a lady and she started talking to me like she was lost.

Tim came and did a inspection for a house we were in contract to buy. Very professional and found an issue that most would not have found. After we closed, we had his firm remediate the issue. The work was done quickly and with no issues, and it was not an easy job, coming from someone who is a do it himselfer

Tim Boone with B&B Pest Control is a phenomenal pest inspector. I work with him regularly as I am a home inspector and therefore we kind of happen to check each others work when we are working the same inspection. He has never missed anything on the inspections we have done together and we're talking 50+. He has also saved some people some serious grief by squeezing into some very small crawls. I recommend him to agents/clients and they love him. I have also had his people perform pest controls on some rentals we have an they did a good job (I checked haha).

Bought a house in March 2016 and had the house immediately treated for pests and took them up on their offer for a yearly treatment. I finally ended up calling in July 2017 and asked when my yearly service would be done and was told it was not even on a schedule as of yet but a work order would be put in. I called back today, September 20, 2017, to inquire about therm the work would be done and was told that there was a work order but it was not scheduled to be done yet. So after 6 months of not caring about providing me service they won't be getting any more of my money!
