Honestly I don't know anything about the quality of their service. However I was recently stopped in traffic, and curious as to what was going on when I suddenly realized that a man in one of their service trucks, had stopped to get out and push a wheel chair bound woman across the street. I was completely warmed by his kindness, and I doubt that anyone in that line of cars that saw him minded the slight inconvenience. I wish I would have taken video. #Goodhumanbeing

Great Customer Service! Answered my call right away, scheduled to come out immediately, but after discussing the issue I was told what was going on and how to fix the problem myself. They didn't feel right coming out and charging me knowing it was such a simple fix! Not many companies out there that would do that!

My daughter recommended Jason with Trinity Garage Door Service when our garage door broke. He came the very next day and fixed it. He was very courteous and told us we didn’t need a new door that he could fix the old one. He did and it works great!! When I do need a new door I will certainly call him again.

Jason did a great job with my repair! He was fast, efficient, friendly and honest. He gave me two options: fix and extended the life of my cheap garage door opener I bought as a first time home buyer 15 years ago or replace the entire unit (his preferred choice). I chose the former and his repair has held up for more than 3 years which bought my time to replace my a/c which as higher priority at the time. My cheap garage door opener hasn't held up so well. Lol! Jason was right! I need a new unit and I will definitely use Trinity for the replacement. I am so thankful for the honesty and the choice

My garage needed a panel replacement. I made several calls to garage repair companies, with Trinity being the 3rd call. Jason had me send photos of the damage and immediately responded with a quote for the replacement. The technician, David, was very friendly and efficient. The panel was replaced and like new within an hour. I was very pleased with the customer service, repair cost, and quality of the repair. I highly recommend Trinity and wouldn’t hesitate to call them again if needed.

Got lucky with this company as the owner could fit me his schedule the same day as he was already in the Wesley chapel area. He was able to put in a new motor and all the fixings at a reasonable price and without having to come back. Very organized and professional. I even called him a week later with a question without looking at the manual first (of course). By the time he called back I had figured it out by reading the manual which I should have done first anyways but he was still professional and happy to check and make sure everything was working the way I wanted.
