We tried contacting someone for over a week on the phone to cancel our rental. We never got a hold of anyone, left a message and then e-mail the final date of rental. Were out of that rental 3 days ahead of time and they still charged our account. When called the girl was not very friendly and insisted my husband call even though my name was also on the payment account. NOT good customer service.

I have tried to cancel my unit for months. There is nothing in it nor has there been since March 15, 2020. I have called and emailed to say I no longer need the unit. Today I got a threatening email telling me they are going to put a lien on my property and sell it. I have NOTHING in the unit. Please CANCEL my unit! My next step is to sue.
