Services
50 square feet of space. This size unit will fit a couple of pieces of large furniture up to 15 boxes, lawn mower, bicycle etc. The Reservation Deposit is the deposit amount needed to reserve a unit and the full amount will be credited back on the first rental invoice. 100 Square feet of space. This sized unit will usually hold the contents of a one-bedroom apartment, including some appliances, couches.

Just parked our camper in the outdoor storage area yesterday. Still waiting for the building to be complete. The area is a little tight for maneuvering a large camper around and it would have been nice to have a gravel area (at least) to park on until the building is finished. With limited time at this facility, 3 stars is all I can give at this time. Looks like it will be nice when it’s complete and we’ve had very friendly service.

This place has low rates, offers their own renters insurance coverage (which I need since I didn't want to buy it elsewhere) and Kathy is very easy to communicate with. I put in my notice and then my situation changed so I had to see if I could keep the unit, and there was no problem with that. I will keep renting here for a long time

Copper Lion Storage met our needs and exceeded our expectations. The facility is very well kept and secure. It is easy to access and has plenty of space for trucks. The staff has been very easy to get in touch with and friendly from the start. Getting set up with a unit is quick and easy, as they offer multiple ways to meet everyone’s needs. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing these services.

I am so glad that I chose Copper Lion Storage! Kathy was amazing at providing all of the details I was needing without me having to ask all of the questions myself. Kathy was extremely pleasant to talk with and she made the entire process so smooth and easy! I have contacted multiple other storage unit rentals in the past and have had horrible customer service until now. I look forward to using my storage unit, I highly recommend!

WONDERFUL experience. I have been with Copper Lion for nearly 2-years. I trust the team and owners that help me and watches over not only my unit, but my payments and any concerns that I have, they also are very professional, but are still kind humans as I was in a bind and needed a second unit for a short time and they helped me quickly and efficiently! I trust the site as it is well lit and secure. It is in a beautiful location and the very easy to move stuff in and out. Copper Lion Storage is A++
