Services
Founded in 2003, Etter Construction and Home Services, was created to focus on residential additions and remodeling and renovation projects. Michael Etter, President, spent over 30 years in management with a major Atlanta financial institution, and brings the strong emphasis on the relationship with the customer, and the business management experience.

Once you've worked with Etter Construction, you will no longer have to look around for various resources for your home repair and improvement needs. For our existing customers, we are the one stop shop for all of your home's needs. Our work is fully guaranteed, we arrive on time, and you only make final payment when you are completely satisfied with the finished project.
A Project Manager will call you and briefly talk with you about your project. If we think we are a good fit for each other, we will schedule an appointment to get together at your home and look at your project with you. We will review with you what you are looking to have done. We listen very carefully!
We LISTEN to you, and will help you plan, design and build an addition that will match your existing house and provide you with the extra space of your dreams. Our additions include everything from smaller "bump-outs" to enlarge existing rooms, to elaborate multi-story additions. We can add or enlarge kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, sunrooms, or any other space that you need.
