I am the Director of Maintenance for a 19 building townhouse complex. Empire Contractors recently completed a new roof installation on all the buildings. They did a FANTASTIC job!!They were always on time, communicated extremely well with homeowners and board, very professional, did exactly what they said they would do, and did a phenomenal job of cleaning up at each building. Each and every resident in our complex we’re impressed with the work that they did. I would HIGHLY recommend them for your roofing project.

My husband and I had a very disappointing and discouraging interaction with Brent, one of the contractors from Empire Contractors today.
When I originally reached out to Empire, I made it very clear — both in the my initial inquiry and then my initial chat with Brent — that my husband and I are in the research process of looking for a roofing contractor, hence only wanting to get an estimate for a roofing job and not wanting to invest in anything for at least another year due to other uprising priorities.

To be honest, my plan was to check three different roofing companies. The first on my list was Empire Contractors so I called them. It only took 30 minutes for them to come to my home. Adam Ruehl, the foreman and the certified inspector, checked my roof and explicitly explained everything about it (I had wind damaged shingles.) What an amazing person he is! He was so hospitable during our first meeting that I didn't even need nor want to consider the other roofing companies on my list. The roofing team replaced all of my shingles and gutter guards all for an affordable price! I was so satisfied

UPDATE: I have changed my rating from 2 stars to 4 stars. Patrick, one of the owners called to follow up on this. He said they had a change in staffing and so my issue was not handled appropriately and by the right people. He admitted my first experience with them was not typical and sent someone out to fix my issue. Everything looks great now and I appreciated that they turned something negative into a positive experience. I could tell that he was sincere about wanting my satisfaction. Thank you, Patrick.

After discovering a leak with our roof, my Husband and I contacted Empire to inspect the issue. Empire was prompt, detailed, and knowledgeable. We ultimately contracted with Empire for a full roof replacement and we couldn't be happier with our decision. Adam was a fantastic salesman to work with. He took time to answer all of our questions, explain the issues and all possible solutions, and he communicated frequently regarding the status of our project. The repair team also did a fantastic job as well with the installation of our new roof. Additionally, they were courteous, and left our property

I contacted this company because they were a "neighbor". Glad I did. Competent, Professional, and impressive work. PLUS the new roof looks great. The sales rep ADAM is the kind of salesman you want when you have a need... courteous, patient, knowledgeable and a sense of humor. The last thing has nothing to do with a roof... but has plenty to do with a work relationship IMO.

My inspector Brenton was on top of everything. He made the entire process so easy. My roof and gutters are so beautiful I couldn't be happier with the final results. They were fast and were sure to clean up everything when they were finished. I cannot say enough great things about these guys!
