Fence overall looks okay, but not the most professional install. It took longer than expected. They brought the wrong color hardware out after it had been specified and refused to fix that without just spray painting them. No thanks those parts are powder coated that that would not have worked, and would have immediately looked terrible. Now a few months later the fence is already falling apart. A few of the parts were never installed correctly and both the installer and company refuse to answer the phone or respond to messages left on their phones. I have given them a couple weeks and tried calling

We paid for materials and still have not had our fence completed. We are missing caps, 7 foot rails and gates. We have contacted them via email, text and phone and have received no reply. It has been frustrating to no end. The communication is non existent. It has been over a month and no response. We will be requesting a refund and taking our business elsewhere.

Very pleased with the service and fence itself! The quote came quickly and the fence was up about as timely as could be considering the weather that we received from initial payment until completion. Everyone should know that there is +10 day time period that the concrete needs to settle for the posts, so don't expect your fence to be built in a couple days.
We have some large rocks that were in the path of the fence and they did a very good job of cutting the fence around the rocks and making it look professional.

This is the most unreliable company I’ve ever worked with. After installing our fence and being paid in full we noticed our gates weren’t closing properly. I could not get a repair man out as hard as i tried. The only thing that got them out was me writing a negative review. We went with this company because they stressed they are the only company who guarantees their work against wind. We love where we get crazy wind storms so this was important to us. Well we just had a sever wind storm and after getting a hold of them to tell them what’s going on with the damage from the storm

Neighbor chose this company. Based off of reviews alone we would have never picked this company. They've had posts cemented for a week and we've been without a fence. Still no sign of this company. They were supposed to be done two days ago. So frustrating being a dog owner. Buyers beware!

They were hard to communicate with and seemed to balance lots of clients at one time taking longer to get our fence up. However like our fence. Now needing to use the warranty and getting zero response from them. Be careful with using this company. I really hope they will come through, but been all summer and still no communication about a repair and now called several people and left messages. Still no response. Very bad way to deal business. Wish I went with Best Vinyl and paid a little more for better service.

A Fence was great to work with. They were quick with the installation and had the best price. And most importantly, the fence looks great. They even installed a larger, nicer gate at no extra cost to me so that the fence panels weren't so small and chopped up. Very happy with the service and quality.

Great company! Easy to work with, great timing, high quality workmanship. David, the gentleman who came to give the quote and schedule us, was very helpful throughout the process. The installer was a super cool guy, worked fast and did a great job. The pricing, warranty, and other factors combined were a better value than other companies my neighbor and I had checked with. Overall we are very happy with the result and big thanks/kudos to A Fence for their work.

I'm not one to usually give businesses such poor reviews, but with A Fence, I have to make an exception.
My wife and I were assured that once we made the one-half cost deposit, we would have our new fenced installed in no more than 3 weeks. 5 weeks later, I had to threaten to take our business elsewhere to merely have someone follow-up after repeatedly ignoring our calls. At 6 weeks, we had two very "friendly" gentlemen show up with no advanced warning to inform us that they were ready to install. In actuality, they were ready to rip down our existing fence, dig post holes, and leave the new fence

Hold on to your wallet! I got a quote for fencing from David. I agreed to the price. When A Fence UT actually came out and showed me what they quoted me on paper, I decided to decrease the footprint, have a smaller area fenced in. Naturally, this would cost less. Oh no, not with this company. It cost more. Additionally, supposedly when Travis was putting in the fence, he broke a water line. Seems like he wasn't paying attention so he should fix it. Oh no, I had to pay for him to fix something he broke. He said he could do it for $75-$100 and this was a deal. I agreed to this. On the last day

He said all the right things, said he could do everything including a rail around the pool and would have the estimate to me by the end of the week.
Two weeks later I called him had to leave a message. No call back!
Against everything I believe in I called him or them back from a different number, David answered, he said "oh you didn't get it?, I emailed it" he verified my email it was correct. Well it never came . I called again, never anything. I know why should we

Fence was done well. Our installer was great. They worked around the schedule of other construction going on at the same time. Everything was done very professionally. I have and will continue to recommend them to others. The installer even had to chip a hole into a very large boulder to set a post for our fence, this was above and beyond what other fence installers would do. This man was from Hawaii and jokingly said if he let rocks stop him, he would never have gotten anything done on the island. The owner bid the job, and promptly returned calls and texts throughout the process. This summer

Very unprofessional company and staff. We set up an appointment to get an estimate, the guy called almost 30 minutes after he was already supposed to be here to cancel. We set up a second estimate and he is currently 35 minutes late with no phone call. I hope this isn't how your business is always ran because its very unprofessional and not considerate of future customers personal time.
