My company was hired to do a mold assessment as a subcontractor for FGC, Inc. We completed the work in June 2020 after establishing that our invoice would be paid within 30 days. It is now October 2021 and they still have not paid us. The invoice was less than $1,000.

Too much to write, but they flooded our home. Left walls unfinished. Keep finding problems a year after they finished. Currently dealing with tearing our downstairs closet apart because of them installing the AC improperly causing the wall to become completely saturated with water and extensive mold damage. The floors aren’t even with our existing home. Having to regrout and seal all bathrooms due to grout falling out between the tiles 1 year after being completed. I have never written a google review, but I’m doing this in hopes to save another family from going through what we have with them

So here's my experience with this builder. Very poor home construction. Cheap thin drywall used in construction. Poor electrical wiring. Still wiring homes with phone cabling versus structured wiring (no, just because you use cat5e wiring, that doesn't mean it is structured wiring). Had plumbing problems when originally moved in. Those were fixed by a third party company that the builder had to bring in. Foundation didn't seem adequately prepared. Lots of big floor cracks. I have bought several slab homes in florida, none had issue with floor like this. Didn't tell me who I should call for warranty

I found the unethical practices of Jason Braughton/ Glenn Amerson/FGC detestable. Tracy Nottingham, our real estate agent, recommended Jason/FGC to build the addition onto our beach front home. Jason recommended Brian Cote of Superior Home Designs, to be the architect since FGC had worked with him on several projects. Friday 4/3/20 received a text stating FGC was " an essential business and have the written clearance, to perform construction on new work and renovations from the State of Florida." The initial payment was sent and demolition began on the outside an inside walls of our home. After

Have used FGC for several projects in the last year and have been very happy with the performance and quality of their work. The 2 room addition to my home looks great and ties in well to the rest of the house. Not sure why others have had issues but me experience was very pleasant and pretty well executed.

Poor quality of work! Does not return calls! Never finished repairs they started. Never expected to move into a new home that was never throughly cleaned after construct. Experienced broken sliding door; missing closet shelves; no toilet paper holder or towel bars in bathrooms; chipped tube; garage door not working properly; closet doors that fall off track due to improper instillation; carpet not tacked down in bedrooms that was dirty; all doors cut wrong; grout residue left on ceramic tile; no mailbox; hot water was connected to toilet; dishwasher not properly installed; Sprinkler system only

Was contacted by this company to conduct a mold inspection. Apparently the wine cooler that was installed into there customers house had water leaks and caused a mold issue, they have failed to pay our company for the $450.00 mold inspection that was completed in August 2018. Have left numerous messages for them to contact us and they have failed to do so.
