I had Accidentally broken the tip of my key off on the outside of my car door and was super worried I couldn’t get a copy made with a broken warped key.
I called and asked if they could do this and they said of course I just need to bring both pieces of the key.
I was also worried because my car is an older model a (1991 Mazda Miata to be exact) and I didn’t know or think they would have a blank for this particular car key but thankfully they did!
They solved my problem in a timely manner and it was a good price I had known they were there for years and I’m glad I chose their service

Called and went by to get copies of my motorcycle key made. I brought in my own blank copies and dealt with Margaret. Very kind woman who took care of me quickly. She accidentally charged me for only one copy and when she realized it, she didn’t ask me to pay for the second one. I offered but she sincerely declined, saying it was her mistake. I tested both keys when I got home and they work perfectly! This is a great family owned business to support.

Stopped by Ace locksmith service today because I had an issue with my Schlage double cylinder commercial deadbolt. Margaret very patiently helped me and didn't even charge. This is old-fashioned customer service from nice people.
Also had two Schlage keys cut. Only $2.25 each. Avoid the machines at the big box stores and come here if you need to duplicate keys.

I had a 2002 Saturn Vue that the key had worn out on, and I couldn't turn the ignition on. I was in a time crunch because it was going to get towed in 48 hours. Ace Locksmith Service saved my day and my wallet of $180 to rekey it. Took the the lock cylinder to Ace Locksmith and got the key code and a new key. Come to find out the guy I got the car from gave the wrong key to the car.

The gentleman who came was quite friendly, quick and a true professional. With dealing with home repairs, I haven't found this level of professionalism from any of my vendors. I had my son with me and he was very kind to him as well as my son was being a normal 3 year old inquisitive child. I would highly recommend them and part of my reviewing is so that I can remember who they are so I can use them again. There was a mix up with the office and they still came out quite quickly and changed all of the locks with no problem.

ACE Locksmith came today and got my garage-to-driveway door unlocked after I unintentionally locked it from inside and couldn't open it again. John showed me what to do if this should happen again. I had in my attempts before calling ACE, also pulled the string and disengaged the mechanism overhead. John also explained and re-aligned that. He was so courteous and came over quite soon after my panicky call for help. He made sure the outdoor keypad and indoor button would open and close the garage door with no issues after the fix. I am a senior, single female and am grateful to have gotten

I just spoke with John and he was more than helpful. I locked my keys in my car and they were basically booked up for today. I had to find another company since I couldn't wait until tomorrow. John was caring enough to inform me of the current scams and referred me to another trustworthy service. Based on the high ratings here (and now I know why) and my experience with John,

Got some keys cut for my truck. Lowe's and Home Depot didn't have the blanks that I needed. The lady behind the counter was quick and to the point. I was in and out in just a couple of minutes. These people know their stuff and have what you need. Best of all, It costed $4.50 to make three keys. Any idea what the Toyota dealership would charge me?

Went to see them early July for a locked gas cap that I didn't have the key for (left in another city). First come, first served, but was second in line so was ok with that. The lady had my lock picked within 5 minutes, and only charged me a fraction of what I originally thought she'd would. I felt so guilty that I bought a key. Didn't have any cash on me, so couldn't tip her, so I thought I'd write a nice review here. She truly saved my butt that day. Would have been stuck otherwise.

I lost my mailbox key, and I didn't know how much trouble that meant, until after visiting so many of the major hardware chains in my area (LOWE'S and Home Depot)... sigh- nobody seemed to carry this specific kind of "rare" blank key.
After several days of "anguish", somebody mentioned Ace Locksmith. The experience of going to a small local mom & pop business is amazing, there are so few of these remaining due to the expansion of corporate sharks...
