Horrible company. They say they care about their customers and that they are fast and reliable.
They came out to service my washer on 8/3/21. They needed to order a part and said it will take a day or two.
It is now 9/7/21 they never made any calls to me to keep me updated. I had to make the calls. I have paid $321. Doubt I get that money back

Would not recommend this company to anyone. They are not customer service oriented or friendly. They came out diagnosed our dryer issue within 5 minutes. Stated they needed to order the part and required a payment (which they cashed) Two appointments later the technician still hasn’t showed up on the days he was scheduled to come out. We have… called the company everyday sometimes twice a day only to be spoken to in a condescending manner we even asked for a supervisor but we’re told they aren’t in the office. If they can’t meet the needs of there customers they need

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a business. They charged me $450 and 4 days of my time to repair my washer. And it is not repaired. They left a moldy piece inside and refuse to even speak to me… now. Apparently I yell. Yes ma’am I yelled. After your repairman said he was running to Home Depot real fast and never came back. I had to call there to see if he was ok! Only to be told he went to his next job. Why wouldn’t they call and tell me that? Horrible. Tech came out on Saturday which was great. Motor on my washer was down and he’d find a new part. I called Tuesday and nothing. Called Thursday and oh yes this is how much your part is. Ok when can you come out. We’ll call you. They called back within minutes to tell me no part per manufacturer. Ok so why did it take that long to tell me. And why was I not told right away. I paid $100 cash and basically they took the money and ignored me. Would never recommend them. Ever.

They came to look at our refrigerator on Sept 1st. The technician said we need a new control board and they have the part and will be back in 2 days to put it in. Then they called the next day and said they don't have the part and will have to wait a couple more days until they get it in. Then they called today, Sept 8 and said we'll have to wait… till Sept 18 until they get it in. Then they said it's not there fault for not having it in the warehouse, and not being able to deliver it as promised. Don't use this company. They have no clue what they're doing or have in there warehouse. I

Warning Warning Warning!!!!!!. A guy came to the house to fix the refrigerator door. I watched him take off a nut and replace it. He said done. Then gave me a bill for two hundred dollars. He said it was so large because he had to come out of philly. They aren't local. They just use local numbers. I told him I wasn't paying that much. As I called the office. He was threatening my 72 year old mother. The office said they would send an adjusted bill in the mail. we never got it.
