I had an appointment for a tech to come look at my stove. I chose the earliest window (10:00-12:00) so that I could get in before they got too backed up. I received a call from the scheduler saying the tech was running behind and would be there by 1:00ish. By 2:00 I hadn’t heard anything else. I called to find out what was happening. They said they would call the tech. The tech called me directly and was so unprofessional and rude! I asked how much longer and he said maybe 30-40 minutes. I told him if he couldn’t be to my house within that time to cancel as I had already been waiting all day
