The current president of operations has purchased, unloaded, displayed, sold, and delivered furniture for 35 years to as many as 5 generations of Loyal Cohn customers.
We maintain a friendly, relaxed atmosphere here a Cohn Furniture. We were shopping for a new mattress. This was our first and only stop. Very knowledgeable, polite not pushy. Mattress was made in the USA, which is a huge plus for us. We noticed a couch on our way out and think we will be making another purchase there. I love that they have been in business for such a long time!

RUDE! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! Everyone who knows me, knows I am a very easy going person so I am very disappointed and confused in the way I was just treated. I was told 3 different prices on a box spring so when I tried to pin down an exact price, the salesman, Roc, was hiding in the corner behind a desk and wouldn't even make an effort to meet me. He denied the prices I was told and then said he would call the company and find out. And then stared at me. I asked if he was going to let me know in the next five min or next week. He then fumbled in a catalog for two min and said (and I quote!)

Purchased a very nice rocker/recliner 5 months ago. We developed a knock in the rocker part of the chair. They sent their people out 3 or 4 times over the next 3 months but no resolution to the problem. They came back again and took the chair back to the store. Brought it back later the same day and the problem had gone away. They said they replaced the whole bottom part of the chair. For the next 2 weeks this problem seemed to be fixed.
About 3 weeks after they fixed the noise in the rocker, the lever that raises and lowers the foot rest started making a loud squeak and the foot stool was getting
