He then will check the condition of the garage door and operator. If a part is bad, we will take a picture of the piece and send you an image through a text message or email.
After we finish, we will send you an invoice so you can pay it online, and you are safe in your house. If you want to pay by check, you can also leave a personal check for us as long as you stay 6 feet from the tech and practice social distancing. Finally decided to replace my 70 year old garage door and called several suppliers which all set up appointments for inspection/estimate. Then I called Frank at Bullock garage doors and he was at my house in less than an hour and gave me several options with detailed estimates. Keep in mind I called Frank at 10 AM on memorial day. My garage spring and cables had broke so I was unable to open the garage. He was completely willing to come out that night but I told him he could wait till the morning which he promptly arrived at 7 AM had the job completed at 8 AM. He was very friendly and on time and did not overcharge me. I would highly recommend him.

Called on a Sunday early evening about my garage door that kept opening on its own. Given the day/time, I was expecting to have to wait til the next day for an appt. Frank just installed new garage doors on our duplex in Sacramento. The old doors were original springs and extremely hard to use. He installed the new doors super fast and it's quality work. It was dinner time the other night. My daughter knocked my garage door off the track and it was all twisted up. My neighbor came over and recommended Bullock, and I gave frank a call. About a year and a half ago, my garage opener was having issues and Frank said my springs were too small given I had added insulation to my garage. So he swapped the springs for what he said was way more than necessary.
Today, the garage opener was having issues again with an error code. I called Local Garage Doors who came by and said the springs installed were too small (0.218). He said a garage door under spring tension should not slam down, which it was clearly doing. The door became unbalanced in less than 18 months or perhaps it was never balanced after Bullock worked on it.

Frank was great. Very honest, upfront and knowledgeable. He was here on time and came the same day, that is very hard to find these days. Excellent service and communication. I needed same day service, he couldn't come out right away, but kept in touch when he could come. Frank was out same day and had our new motor and wheels installed right away! After finding him here on Yelp I had high expectations, but he even beat those out. He was lightening fast, professional and organized. He left my garage cleaner than when he arrived and disposed of everything (including our old unit.) I really thought I broke our garage door frame and it would have to all be replaced. I called Frank and within the hour he was at my house. He diagnosed the problem immediately and even took time to do a maintenance check and tune up on our other garage door. It was an easy fix for him and it was such a reasonable price.

Frank was at my house this morning at 8 on a holiday no less. I didn't have a chance to get the door cleared and he said no problem, I'll do it he said, and the whole job was done in 40 minutes. I hate giving yelp reviews, but I told him that I would do one for him. More people should be like Frank. He came to do a job and he did the absolute best he could do.
