DunRite Windows & Doors offers a lifetime warranty on all man-made materials used in its residential installations for as long as the original purchaser of any window and/or door product from DunRite owns the home-ensuring that under conditions of normal use and service, the product installation will be free of any defect in workmanship.
From the first estimate to the final product, the process was smooth as could be. They measured several times to ensure an easier installation. I have several pets and they allowed the time needed without hesitation for me to put them in a room each time they escaped. They not only do excellent work, they understand that they are working in people's homes and take great care of everything they move and put back in place.

Overall this is a great company and professional. I interviewed 8 companies and decided with Dunrite after weeks of interviews and research. Prices are competitive and offered a discount. We wanted the frames to be changed out not just overlayed and thus Dunrite just made sense financially compared to Pella and Anderson whose install process is the same as Dunrite but for a fraction of the cost Our windows have been installed and we have noticed a significant reduction in dust and noise. The entire process was honest and professional. Only issue or suggestion I can make is as follows :

Couldn't be happier. DunRite Windows & Doors are fantastic. Professional, on time and to the point. Listened to what we were looking for in new windows and gave us several options to choose from. Installers, Chris and Colin were exceptional. A pleasure to have in my home. They were on time, polite and respectful. DunRite is lucky to have them. Over all experience was great. Would definitely recommend.

Sal and his team are hands down the best in the city. Every step of the process was professional and informative. The instal crew was amazing! The owner, Sal Sucato, was patient and knowledgable throughout the process as we planned the job. He answered our many questions and made valuable suggestions. The windows and doors we chose are great quality. The installation crew was professional, polite, friendly and did an amazing job keeping everything clean while they worked. We hired DunRite to install our new front door. They kept us up to date during the entire process. Due to Covid our door took 5 months to arrive at DunRite from the manufacturer. This wasn't DunRite's fault and wasn't a big deal to us since our old door was still functional. When it came time to install our new door and sidelight the crew arrived on time and were very professional. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail were remarkable. Would highly recommend!

WE had an EXCELLENT experience from beginning to end with Sal and his crew. Great product, great installation and great follow up. They answer their phone in person on one ring! We had a quality problem with one of the screen doors on a slider. They came out immediately, saw the problems and ordered a new slider ASAP. This is an excellent FAMILY owned and run business not a giant corporation. I highly recommend DunRite!

OVERLY IMPRESSED! Purchased my house back in Feb 2020 and since then I probably have had close to 10 estimates ranging from 8-50k. 50k estimate was Renewal by Anderson even after they saved me 30% haha! Almost gave up and luckily got in touch with Sal who showed me an honest estimate which I recently had completed after only a short weeks after signing on the dotted line. On time, quality is fantastic, 1 day install and crew was SUPER clean which was one of my girls request because she is 8 months prego plus I've had other contractors ruin my newly installed floor.
