Very very unprofessional. I called to make an appointment with him, he took down all my information to come by to fix my sink. The day of the appointment, he never showed up. When I called him, he said he forgot to send someone. He said "I will call you back in 10 minutes" He never called. The way he was acting was like he is the only plumber in the world. My suggestion, USE A REPUTABLE PLUMBER. I WILL NEVER USE THIS PERSON AGAIN. FOR ALL WHO IS READING THIS---LOOK ELSEWHERE AND BUYER BEWARE
