Hired Vic to do a patio. He sent a crew in and they did more damage to my property than it was worth. The patio is very uneven, the design is terrible. He didn’t finish the edge and put the shelf on. Didn’t seal it. When it rained the sand washed out. He came out once to see this and yelled and screamed. I had to call the Ormond Beach police. Left numerous messages and he does not return any phone calls about finishing the job and replacing the damages that his crew cost us. He is all talk and nothing to back it. We are willing to give him a chance to right this but we are not holding our breath

Do not use this company!. Hired in April 2021 To concrete slab, fence, paver driveway and side walk, install drains as halt drive way Vic told me they could start in a week. They tore up my yard and did not return for over a month. When they return they tore up my old fence ,did not replace pour only part of the pavement and again did not return for over a month, The again after many phone calls, they returned still did not replace the fence, tore up the old concrete driveway - leaving huge slabs of concrete in my yard damaging , new trim on my house, breaking lighting in my yard, they installed

Worse mistake EVER! Even after we read reviews, we still decided to give Vic a chance. After all, he gave us a price we could afford for the fence and the pavers. NOT WORTH THE MONEY WE SAVED. Not only it took him forever to finish the job, did it poorly, and now he is refusing to fix it. I think that if you have small project, don't hire him. It seams that the only people that gave him a 5 stars, were people with thousands and thousands of $$$ projects.

Great job! New driveway and walkway with pavers came out better then expected. All done in one day. We are very happy with the work done. Vic tries very hard to make sure his customers are happy. Thank you Vic and thank you to his amazing crew. Very hard workers.

After reading these reviews it looks like I dodged a bullet. Poor pre-project communication on the part of the owner Vic who proceeded to throw a hissy fit when I couldn't accommodate his last minute request to meet. I can't speak to the workmanship of this company but their communication, time management and professionalism are poor.

Vic just finished up a big project with us: dual driveways, retaining walls, patios and sidewalks. We made changes and additions along the way, and he was very accommodating and creative. Always returned our calls promptly and kept us informed every step of the project. He wanted us to be totally happy with the job and delivered more than we expected. My husband travels frequently, so Vic dealt with me mostly. He was always respectful and listened to what i had to say. I would have no problem recommending him!

I didn't see or read any of these reviews till AFTER my job was completed. Fences and Pavers by Design were referred to me by a friend who had several of his properties paved and fenced by them. I set my appt. with them to have my property looked at and measured out for a Friday afternoon at 4 pm and the owner of the company himself was parked off to the side of my house and waiting for me to get home from work when I pulled in at a quarter till 4. Early is on time in my book!
