C&S Fence & Gate

Unfortunately, I have to spend my free time spreading the word about this shotty contractor. Please share and tell everyone to NOT HIRE THESE GUYS! I hired C&S fence and gate in Pierson,Fl. to install vinyl fencing last May. I paid for concrete on every post due to our climate conditions. It downpoured rained stormed while they set my posts. They didn’t mix the concrete and I don’t have concrete all the way around the posts. They just poured the bag in the post hole to slammed it out before the concrete hardened. They didn’t mix the concrete and it just crumbles. I have no concrete in the bad sections. Below is a youtube video link of their work. I apologize in the video, I said (C&W) not C&S. It’s C&S fence and gate. I have contacted the owner and he thinks this was done correctly. If you want to help me, please leave a review on google showing their integrity. This is a workmanship problem not storm damage. I also have posts sagging, flimsy gates and they don’t return their calls. Also their employees started to install it incorrectly per plan and I had to babysit that process too. They do not stand behind their work. I should see concrete all around my posts…..end of story.

We needed a fence around our back yard and 4 companies came out to give us a quote. Chris with C & S Fence and Gate was the only one that pointed out a problem with the drain for our downspout. He addressed the situation during the initial meeting and gave us a good quote price. Chris is very polite, professional and likable. I talked with Skyla in the office several times and she is also very polite and professional.
They were ready for installation when Chris told us on day one. The install crew of Steve, Nick and Chase were great and worked hard and efficient and completed the fence in the 2 days that were quoted. Also during the install they answered any questions I had and took care of the few issues I saw, even before I mentioned them. We now have a Great looking fence and I am very impressed with the whole company and they are the only fence company I ever plan on calling. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a fence or fence repair.

Definitely highly recommend this company if your looking to get your fence done. They finish my fence same day pretty steady 100% satisfied. Hurricane Ian just bend one little part of the fence but my fence maintain steady didn’t move a bit love it !!

Rude, unprofessional and work quality was terrible. The fence was left bent, uneven and I got yelled at by them when I even tried to ask them to fix some of the issues. Use someone else! Don't make the same mistake I made!! Spoke to the owner, Chris who didn't help and was rude since he had already gotten paid.

We decided on C&S Fence & Gate Company because they were the only ones who used 6 foot instead of 8 foot fence sections. We are so pleased with the final outcome. The fence is beautiful and was installed very professionally. Steve and Frank were a hard working non-stop team for 1 and a half days. They took the time to locate the property pins and place the fence exactly where it should be not just to follow the old fence line (which was actually installed wrong originally). Chris Wilcott and his team did a terrible job with the privacy fence I paid for them to install. I made the mistake in trusting him and paid before I fully inspected his work. The fence was full of scratches. He promised to fix it and never did. In fact he hung up on me when I called him to check on when he was going to fix it. Very unprofessional and terrible work. I am pursuing legal action against him and his company. I gave him numerous opportunities to fix the issue before I posted this review and other reviews on home advisor and angies list.
