Dormann's was more than helpful in getting our heater fixed in very short notice. He came out the day after I called to fix what was thought to be a simple fix but ended up being much more of an issue than initially thought.
With it being impossible to fix the issue in the time he cut out, he came back not once but twice to make sure we had a running heater with no issues.
I highly recommend Dormann's Heating & Cooling if you are having any HVAC / Furnace / AC issues. They will get the job done right and make sure you having a property running unit.

Mark quickly diagnosed a problem that 2 other companies failed to identify and repair. It was clear that this is a guy who knows heating systems. He replaced a faulty pump the same day. The office manager, Jean, is also very helpful. They will be our first call for future needs.

I contacted Dormann’s after another company told me they couldn’t come out to fix my AC until 2 days later. The woman on the phone was very polite, knowledgeable and even made a few jokes which helped to ease my frustration. The technician came out in less than 30min and diagnosed the issue but had to get the part. The next morning he was at my home making the repair which took all of 10min! I am very pleased and happy with the service and will definitely be using them again in the future! Highly recommend!

I rarely post feedback on the web, but I felt compelled to share the fantastic experience we had with Dormann's! I plan on recommending them to everyone! We were left with no air over the weekend and many places telling us there was nothing that could be done quickly. Tired, hot, and distraught, we were told to reach out to Dormann's. They had the part sent overnight and were installing the new part soon after it was delivered! Not only responsive, but they clearly are not out to price gouge a customer in need! Hands down a company that knows the importance of customer service and fair pricing

Our technician was fantastic. He tuned up our AC units and checked a problem we were having with one of them, immediately going back and finding/ordering the part we needed. He also let us know that one of our units wasn't running as well as expect so could stop working eventually, but there was no rush to replace. Super friendly and gave us advice on how to even landscape around the units to increase their efficiency. Dormann's is always the best!
