Critical: Professionalism
Heater wouldn’t turn on. Called and made a service appointment. Within minutes after booking, I had a return call and they canceled the appointment because my heater is too old and they don’t want to send one of their guys out because of the age. Poor service on their part.

We just hired this company to install both AC and Heating system through the South Jersey Energy Gas plan with zero interest for 7 years. It was an amazing opportunity to update 23 year old system. Chris the owner was very knowledgeable about the various systems and opportunities available to us. The process was easy. They worked around my schedule. Joe and Jimmy, the installers, were punctual, neat workers, polite, courteous, and very knowledgeable about the Bryant systems that they were installing in our home. If we had any concerns down the road to please call them and they would be available

Their pricing was fair, and the quotes were extremely detailed with all work and options clearly communicated. Replacing your heat and AC isn't a fun purchase, but I'm genuinely thrilled with the results and overall experience.

I highly recommend Maxie Heating and Cooling. Our air conditioner wasn’t working. Chris came out today in a timely manner to assess the issue. He mentioned needing to come back with a part but was able to get it working until he could return later. This was huge considering the extreme heat these last few days. He came back this evening with the new part and our air conditioner is good to go! Thanks again!

Had a hard time getting an HVAC company to even call back. Maxie called back immediately and came out within a couple of days. I now have them work exclusively on my home and my shore house. Very professional and friendly service. Highly recommend.

When I called, I scheduled my appointment to fix my furnace for the next day. I was called to see if they could come out the same night which I appreciated because I had no heat. Joe came the next day at my scheduled time and was very professional and knowledgeable about my furnace. He fixed the issue in a timely manner and the price was very reasonable compared to what other companies offered. If I have any further problems I will be using this company again!!!!

Maxie Heating & Cooling replaced our boiler in 2018. Chris Maxie was extremely knowledgeable about which equipment was best for our home. He and his workers were neat and efficient doing the job. We initially called for a estimate just to replace our central A/C. After Chris came out and explained both my furnace and A/C were 22 years old it would be best to replace them both at the same time.
We couldn’t of afforded to pay for the whole system out of pocket but Chris offered us 84 months 0% APR financing because we are a SJ Gas customer. His guys did a excellent job installing it and it’s worked great all summer.
