Save yourself a headache and look for a different builder. The only thing good that came out of this is I am smarter than I was if I ever build again. Of course your house will be great at first. That is if you even have a good experience along the way but soon all types of issue will come up as your home ages. Ours isn't even past 8 years yet. Don't trust the inspector either. Make sure if you do have Jay build your house you have your own inspection before closing. Something I didn't even realize I needed. After having so many issues we decided to have an inspection done to really

We wanted to build a custom home and shop on a difficult hill with a steep driveway and relatively small clearing on top. Initially we talked with three general contractors, the first quoted a price that was double our budget, the second was a flake that failed to show up with meetings with our architect, the third could meet our budget as long as we didn't built the shop.

I would highly recommend Jay Kobza to build your house. He is extremely professional and it is not as expensive as you may think it is. All the costs are presented to you up front and the building process for us was very smooth. I am so happy we decided to build our house with Jay, I wouldn't change a thing. Because of Kobaza home builders I have my dream home!
