I gave them 1 star because you have to. Bought a new home in April paid to have top soil brought in as clay is hard to grow grass on. I think they just brought in dirt from one of the other lots they were building on. What they call finish grading is laughable have had to have multiple discussions and yet the yard is still holding water. The hall laundry closet door is to small to fit any washer and dryer combo and when we called the builder we were told to call home pro. Home pro doesn't believe it is a punch list item. These builders are totally unresponsive and do as little as they can get away

These are shady people. I built my house 1 1/2 years ago & was promised a referral fee for my cousin who just built a house 6 months ago now all of a sudden it’s only for realtors. They spilled stuff all over my porch & never cleaned it. I have cracks in my foundation & leaks everywhere, their “warranty” company won’t return my calls. Premium Floors peeling, exterior vents are wrong color, drywall work is terrible. AVOID CANNON AT ALL COSTS!!! Such a terrible builder. They subcontract everything. I wish I would’ve paid attention to all the bad reviews I saw, but I was hopeful I wouldn’t

Great team of people to work with. Purchased my home back in 2018 and everything from the buying experience, building, and move in was all handled very well with everyone I interacted with from Cannon. Holli and Justin were great to work with and any issues or concerns I had were all worked through from this great local company. Very happy overall!

Our journey with Cannon Builders started 2 years ago in the search of our new home. After several visits we decided to go with Holli and Cannon Builders. I cannot say enough about them, the quality of their work, the time frame they gave us, the materials used, all of it. Holli was a blessing as we had never bought a brand new home before. She broke it all down for us gave us input on options and even let us know if something we were doing was something we would regret in the long run. If ever there was an issue in the building process (we had one mishap) they fixed it next day, nothing slowed

Cannon Builders made our home experience wonderful! We had moved from Florida and were looking for a home where we could keep our RV and put a pool in. Not many places allow both. Holi made the whole experience from choosing a floor plan to color choices and past closing to make it all very easy. This company knows what they are doing. There are so many different floor plans and different options that the neighborhood is not cookie cutter. We had few issues when we moved in, but they were taken care of pretty much immediately. Hubby and I highly recommend this company and all their employees.

They build such beautiful homes. They go above and beyond to help their future families. Steve came out in the pouring rain and helped me reroute excess water. Holli worked tirelessly to get us the lot, house, and all amenities that we wanted. Justin stayed on top of every contractor and question that we had! Building can be such a headache but they made it a wonderful experience! Looking forward to having them build another home for us in about 5 years! I feel like I am a part of the Cannon family!

We are still very early in the building process and already regretting working with Cannon Builders. In our initial meeting, Holli was kind, helpful, and she answered our many questions. A major concern for us was having an open floor plan. We were told there would be a half wall at the top of our stairs and were offered to upgrade to wooden rails instead of drywall. This is written in the contract we signed along with the wood stain color they asked us to select for the top of the half wall. After writing a contract, we met with Shelly to go over options and much of what she discussed with us

I would not recommend Cannon to build with. Please do your research before you decide to have them build your home. I have 17 cracks in my foundation and that's just on the inside... there's many more on the outside. I have also treated for termites 3 times in four years because their wonderful contractors left lumber buried all over my yard. That's two huge issues you don't want to have with your home. And their 2-10 warranty is a joke. Most of the people leaving a good review is people who work for Cannon. So for anyone thinking about building with Cannon...run, turn and run as far away from

Do not under any circumstance use cannon builders they have ripped off many people telling them they will put a new roof on your house from a storm and all they will do is take your money and not do the work and then there gone before you can do anything about it I repeat do not use this very bad company

Had I known the issues I would have in building my dream home with cannon I would have never done it. During the building process I was given time frames to let flooring contractor and granite contractor know when to be there to do their work. As they showed up to do work the house was not ready for them so they had to make special accommendations to come back and get work done. We were given Aug 19th date to closed but push back and back and it wasn't due to weather. They came to me with a Aug 31 date which was not met either due to brick layers went MIA. What are kidding me!!! Finally
