Mr.Comia came to my house with samples of products to choose from for my roof. He gave me his views on which were best for me, as far as color, and quality. I liked what he had to say.

Scott and his company did an excellent job for us when we discovered a roof issue 10 days before closing. He was able to divert a crew, work with our adjuster and get the roof replaced in time for closing. It would have been a perfect time to take advantage of our schedule, delay closing, inflate his cost, and cost us hundreds more in storage fees and hotel expense. He even took the time to speak to the new owner and get their input as to color selection. He was professional, honest and upfront with us during a stressful time!

Comia Home Builders replaced some siding and did some exterior work when a neighbors trampoline blew into our home. We were amazed at the time they took to sit down and explain our rights as home owners and helped us in dealing with our insurance company to make sure they lived up to their end of our insurance agreement. We have never had a company take the time to walk us through every step of the process. The work they did seamless and quick. I would strongly recommend them for all your remodel and construction needs.

I was very pleased with my experience with Scott Comia and Comia Home Builders. They came out and worked with my insurance company to get the best results for my hail damage. I was able to claim hail damage to both my siding and my roof. Scott also upgraded my siding and roof and included a warranty. He took good care of me. He was attentive to my questions and needs.
