Great experience!! Greg was extremely helpful and came up with ideas I had never thought of. Both he and his crew were always personable and professional. They all appeared at the agreed upon for each appointment - rare in my experience with other companies recently. The countertops look great. I receive compliments from everyone who sees them. Could not ask for a better experience!!!!!

Cabinets are great quality. However, it was a nightmare trying to get a hold of anyone. I started out very patient due to COVID delays however. They go weeks at a time without calling or texting me back. It was to the point I felt like I was harassing them just for a simple update. No type of communication at all.within 5 months I was never able to get a hold of anyone in the office I was forced to send emails or texts.

We completely remodeled our kitchen, laundry room, and guest bathroom with Greg Hershey and his crew at Designer Cabinets Direct. Greg helped us every step of the way from the design room to demo day and installation. It was comforting to know that Greg oversaw everything and resolved any unforeseen issues, which always arise in a big remodel project. Along with the normal remodel tasks, we had walls removed and big soffit lighting removed with ceilings rebuilt. Greg and his crew put in the extra effort and did excellent quality work. I got a referral from a very good friend also we were classmates back in the day. So I thought this would be very smooth and I’ve heard great things about him. Unfortunately this did not turn out very well. For starters The Quality of his work is definitely not up to par. In the beginning of the job he was very easy to get a hold of and very responsive. But as the job got towards the end he was in possible and still is impossible to get a hold of. A job that should’ve took A month has now been going on for over six months. After sustaining water damage in our kitchen from a plumbing mishap, we were referred to Designer Cabinets Direct, LLC, (DCD) by the Florida Restoration Company.
