Kammerling Construction, LLC was incorporated by Chad Kammerling in 2001. The company is a roofing and sheet metal contractor performing both commercial and residential work thoughout the Midwest. The main office is located in Franklin, Indiana. Residential work consists of high-end, custom homes with a need for slate, copper, metal, shakes, or architectural roofing.
We also supply and install custom guttering and down spouts. Commercial work is usually performed in the capacity of a sub-contractor for the general contractor. Work performed is most often installation of composite panels on commercial buildings for decorative siding, facia, and metal trims. We have a full service sheet metal shop with on site roll forming available.
Chad Kammerling performs the duties of estimating, job bidding, and visitation of job sites to check production status. Lead members of the teams report directly to him with questions and/or concerns regarding jobs.
