Overall, not very good. Terrible communication, unreliable in terms of timing. Kevin, especially, dismisses what you say and does what he wants. Wouldn't clean up after. End product OK but much more trouble than it was worth.

Tobias and his team were professional and fast! I gave him my timeline of
when I wanted the work completed and he finished with time to spare. He was upfront about the costs and the budget, and kept me informed about the progress and gave me updates. Lazarus were able to complete multiple jobs for me. I have tenants in my property and am not in the area. They were very responsive, professional, and gave us quality work. They even provided us pictures and current updates along the way. They also were able to work with our insurance to complete the work and payments. Excellent service and highly recommended! The team was amazing and very careful. They were respectful of my home and wore masks. They cleaned up everything after as well. The job was professionally done and my basement looks like its someone's else's basement. I don't even recognize it and there is no evidence of a flood. They were always on time and patient.

After water damage in our basement, I was contacted by Tobias Washington of this company. The company who did the water clean up referred us to him. Yes, it worked that way, although I almost didn't answer the call thinking it was a spam call. However, it worked out. Mr. Washington was responsive and gave us a fair estimate on work to be done. Our refrigerator supply line for our 15 year old appliance started leaking and before we knew it, we were ripping out the basement ceiling. I reached out to Tobias at the Lazarus Group and he was willing to come right out on new years eve to fix the issue. We opted to wait until later in the week, but they wanted to job to be done quickly, so they came out on new years day. The supply line was repaired quickly and to my satisfaction. They offered to come back in the near future to patch the ceiling and wall behind the ridge, if we were interested. They were in line with other companies financially
