The furnace at my residence failed and the temperature fell to 62 degrees. I called for service. At about 9 30 AM. The office staff was most efficient and advised they would arrange to have a technician come over for assistance. Within an hour, they called back to advise a technician was enrolled. The technician found the problem and advised that a gas valve failed and needed replacement. He advised that he had the part in his truck and told me up-front what the repair would cost. I authorized the repair and my furnace was working within 45 an hour.

Great experience from start to finish! Salesman was professional, and not trying to upsell products not needed; installers were on time, quick and friendly, and did a great job protecting our house from getting dirty, and cleaned up after they were done. Everything was verified that it was working before they left!

Van Drunen Heating & A/C did a fantastic job. We needed to replace our entire central air system and they were terrific. Every person I worked with from start to finish was extremely professional and knowledgeable. They were even able to help me with filing my claim under my home warranty. Our AC went out on Friday, May 21 and Keith was able to come out on Saturday to give us a quote. He is so caring and professional!
This was during an early hot period with high humidly!
My wife has a lung problem and the heat and humidly was affecting her.
We had another company come out for an estimate but they could not install for a few weeks.

First, Van Drunen Heating & Air Conditioning helped us get low interest financing through the utility upgrade program here in Illinois. During the install, the 2 techs (Bill & Eric) were very polite and professional, and took time to explain in detail any parts of the install that I had questions about. I called Van Drunen for a second opinion on our Amana compressor unit after another company attempted repairs and suggested we replace the unit. Van Drunen sent Justin out within a few hours after my call. Justin quickly diagnosed a wiring issue, assured me he'd be able to complete the repairs, and then promptly fixed the unit. i was expecting the worst - having to replace the unit - and am now cooling off with my existing machine. I'll be calling Van Drunen when it is time to replace!

I called Van Drunen Heating and Air Conditioning for a second estimate on a Lennox AC unit for my house. The first estimate was done by a company that starts with "4" in Chicago area. Keith Van Drunen gave me an estimate over the phone for the Lennox model I wanted. He came over to the house quickly, checked the old AC out and gave me great honest estimate. We have an older house and a lot of the pipes and infrastructure is aging so, as luck would have it, during the coldest days of February, our thermostat started spiking *above* the temp we were calling for...not a crisis like others who had no heat, but still a problem. Van Drunen comes out twice a year to service the furnace and air conditioning units in our rental unit where we operate our retail shop. Even though they have been taking care of us for 5 or more years, (not sure), TODAY I noticed a few things that I really think are great about them.
