The Mini Masters Storage facility is located on the northeast corner of the intersection of West Craig Road and US Highway 95 (Oran K Gragson Fwry). The facility is open 7 days a week from 7a to 7p, the office is open weekdays 9a to 5p.

Really bad customer service do not put your stuff here! The customer service is horrible! The lady in the front is always in a bad mood and has never helpful she accuse me of not entering my code and started screaming at me to stop putting my stuff in my car and go with her to the office she was furious when I finished packing my stuff up and we went to the office turns out I did put my code in but she didn’t catch it. The unit doors are very flimsy and I always get stuck. Will it rain the roofs were leaking all over the place and there was my rate of buckets full of water all over the hallways

This place has excellent customer service. Each interaction we had with the woman at the front was so pleasant and she was super helpful. We ended up moving our stuff out of the unit at the end of the month (26th) but forgot to let them know. I was fully prepared to pay for the next month since we didn’t tell them we moved out until the 8th of the following month, however they just thanked us for using their unit and believed that we were out by the first and didn’t charge us anything. I would use this place again in a heart beat, it’s so hard to find places that are actually understanding

ITS THE WORST PLACE TO TAKE YOUR STUFFS
I do not recommend this place
I paid my monthly payment and my code was giving me trouble entering and leaving the gate
I asked exactly the lady in the office for help, and she got mad , she said I couldn’t not leave the property if I did not use my code but she said she would go out to see if she could help me.
She came outside The only thing she did was yell at me saying my code was wrong, I just asked her to give me the correct code and let me out and she started screaming like crazy in front of all the people telling me that i could not return to
