What started out as a great experience with Victor and his crew ended on a negative note entailing Francisco missing 2 appointments and just showing up out of the blue, no mention of the missed meetings. The only reason Francisco showed up was due to multiple calls and emails by me to Victor. There is no excuse for this lack of professionalism. As mentioned, Victor and his crew were great to work with.

We just had AB Landscaping install a small flagstone patio and redo our front walk and porch. It looks great! We are thrilled. We worked with Cesar Arrellano. He has excellent design ideas and was very thoughtful when he came out to first look at the job, and gave us several ideas that we incorporated into the plan. During the job he was always very responsive and resolved all the issues that came up (yes, issues always come up!) right away.

AB Landscaping co owner/president's name is Victor, him and his brother started this company. It started as a mom and pop's place and now it has grown to a medium size company - Bravo to them! We had A&B Landscaping do our front, side, and back yards after we remodeled our home. They came up with a nice design based on our initial input, and they were flexible with changes we requested. We regularly receive compliments from people strolling by on the sidewalk. They did a very nice job installing pavers in the back yard, and we enjoy the custom waterfall they crafted. And, one of the best parts is that their pricing was significantly lower than other landscaping contractors. Two thumbs up for Victor and his team.

Victor and his team completed a project for us this past February 2012. We completely re-did the hardscape and landscape in our backyard; installed a built in BBQ; a beautiful waterfall; flagstone pavers and patio and had Victors team do the soft scape design and planting and sod installation with sprinklers. The backyard looks absolutely gorgeous and we are so thrilled. It is a dream come true for me. Victor was a pleasure to work with and so was his team. Victor pays close attention to detail. His workers had installed the flagstone paver walkway and one portion didn't look right.

I would highly recommend Victor and his crew for both creative design as well as professional execution of your landscaping project. He gave us a very well thought out plan, especially given that our yard is small (and was completely covered in concrete until his crew went to work). He was also very willing to work with us on our ideas, and was flexible when we made changes mid-job. We now have a beautiful fire pit area, artificial grass that looks real, and plants surrounding the yard - he even installed a drip system for irrigation, and some climbing plants to add privacy to our fence line. Victor's team put in a paver patio and artificial grass in my backyard, as well as a light post and electrical wiring. This required a week and a half of work as my original backyard was all concrete and compostite. ughh! My wife and I were very pleased. I contacted three other people to come out to the house for a bid and none of them could offer the kind of artistic eye and integrated approach to getting the work done. Their pricing is reasonable, but they are incredibly inept at returning phone calls. At first, our experience was very good. But when we decided to do half the job we originally planned on doing they basically stopped answering our phone calls. They did finally call back and get around to do our front yard. It looks decent, but many of our plants are dead and we have a TON of weeds growing. Victor assured me that I would not have a very big problem with weeds. Victor Arellano is an amazingly talented landscape contractor. He is both artistic and very capable at a multitude of hardscape and softscape projects. He has done extensive flagstone decking around our pool and patio, and grading to prevent water accumulation on our deck that works perfectly. He also has done irrigation, exterior stairs, and will be doing a driveway for us too.
