Daniel or Danny from Isle Lock Smith was so amazing. Polite, quick, offered options & helped by going above and beyond the scope of work requested. He helped tighten up the hinges to help avoid future problems with our door. I was pleased with every aspect of this job from the minute I dialed their number. They answered quickly, came within 30 minutes. There was a little snag but Danny resolved the problem and figured out a quick solution. You are making the right choice by calling Isle locksmith. Alex, the technician who serviced on our lock, was a delight to work with. Alex was a lifesaver! One company said they couldn't help, we were panicking because we had a flight the next morning and were locked out of our apartment. We called Isle Locksmith and Alex was there in 15 minutes. He was extremely professional, explained everything he was doing and why, and worked incredibly hard to get us in our apartment as quick as he could. I would give more stars if I could.

As an active duty Soldier, I would not recommend this business to anyone. I was quoted $130-150 service charge to have my apartment door open but when the locksmith arrived on site my price jumped to $185.40. I told him that this wasn't the price I was quoted and he recommended that I spoke with the manager again to see what the issue was. The locksmith on site (Alex Zummallen) then said the office sometimes say, "the service itself can be $140" not including the $39 convenience fee + taxes. A bit expensive. My key fobs stopped working and I know that they have to be programmed. It cost almost $300 at the dealer so I thought I would give the locksmith guys a try. It cost the same amount as a dealer. The device they used to program the keys I could have bought on Amazon because I bought two keys. The key fobs themselves are super cheap.
I suppose if I would have gone to them it would've been much cheaper?

Jay came over in a timely manner and looked to Shai when things didn't go quite as planned. But both of them came thru and did a great job. Our knob was replaced and it was re-keyed all to our request. Super helpful, informative and upfront with pricing.
*tip: bring all your keys if a lock is to be re-keyed. Keys change over time and differ with wear and tear, so they will need to fit the lock for all keys to fit, not just use one.

I called on a Sunday and the person answering was very friendly and courteous. Shai arrived exactly 30 minutes later and was able to fix my hardware problem and cut additional keys on the spot. He recommended a simple security upgrade, which I was grateful for. I had another sticky door lock which he lubricated and now it works really well. Will be calling this company when I need a locksmith again.

We needed to have our security door lock and door lock replaced on a urgent basis. I called Isle Locksmith and got an immediate response. The locksmith, Danny, arrived within 30 minutes. The door locks were replaced in short order. Danny is an excellent locksmith. He is pleasant, professional, and did the job in a rapid and efficient manner. I cannot recommend him highly enough. I arrived to Hawaii and within 2 hours locked myself out of my rental. I called AAA which came fairly quick but they couldn't help. I decided to tow the car because no one could open the trunk (that's where the keys were). While waiting for the tow truck I called Isle Locksmith. He saved me and my vacation!!!! My neighbor locker herself out and didn't have her cell phone on her, so I helped her find a locksmith. She asked me to call another company first and that other company didn't offer emergency lock out services (they said due to Covid), so I used yelp to find Isle locksmith. Today the unthinkable had happened! We were locked out of our house with no phone, no car keys, absolutely nothing. We borrowed a phone from our neighbor and found this company through yelp. I saw the five star services and needed help fast!

Bought a used Tundra Truck and wanted to make an extra key for it. Not only did Shai of Isle Locksmith drive over to Kaneohe in 30 minutes, we got our new key and new remote pretty quick to our standards. Shai also reprogrammed the original key with the new key for safety. Shai was very knowledgeable, kind, and a great teacher on safety and keys! We felt very safe with Shai.
