Gainesville Heating and Air have been our HVAC service for over ten years and we are very pleased with our service. Dave recently installed our new AC/Heating system and did a terrific job. He is honest and cost-effective. A couple of years ago, we experienced a situation with our carbon monoxide detectors going off.

I joined yelp just to give Gainesville HVAC a review. I typically don't do many reviews but the service from Dave and his associate was exceptional. My situation; 6 year old house bought new and kept good care with routine maintenance to all my appliances. AC started giving me issues and not running properly. Dave came over and completed a extensive inspection of the system and began troubleshooting finding a bad A coil and some leakage from the outside unit. Unfortunately I was under the old gas which is quite expensive and faced buying new parts for a outdated system or purchasing a new
