Chandeliers are the most versatile ceiling light fixtures. They provide excellent illumination and can be as elegant or as simple as you need. Chandeliers vary greatly in both size and theme. While we were in the process of building our new contemporary (up in Blue Ridge, GA) , we happened to be on Miami Circle looking at tile when
we saw the Lighting Loft in passing. We realized immediately that they had the style of fixtures this house required, and we just walked in with no appointment. We had already had most of our electrical wiring pulled when we first met with Shaul in the showroom, and that was the first of many times we heard him say "no problem" ! We came back with our blueprints and ideas and Shaul and Jacob spent a few hours with us educating us on low voltage lighting

I had a great experience at Lighting Loft. They came out to view my site, listened carefully to what I wanted and respected my budget. The installation was in an older quirky house and there were some issues that were no fault of theirs. They worked with me to resolve my issues and the result was outstanding. I would highly recommend them.

Was really hoping to purchase an plethora of lighting fixtures for my home and business this past Wednesday but after entering this establishment and walking around for almost 15 minutes without a single "Hello" or " We'll be right with you" - that didn't happen. There were three staff members casually positioned behind the reception desk and even when passing the desk the first time- They carried on their conversation with the one customer that was seated in front of them. Since I work in residential construction, I have to go into Lighting Loft often to pick up client orders. They have a great staff who are knowledgeable and kind. Since I’ve been going in, I starting browsing their fixtures and have found some great items for my home as well. I always enjoy when I have to stop in!

Today I drove 1 hour to visit the showroom at 777 Miami Circle looking for 3 chandeliers. Although there were at least five employees sitting in the showroom, I was completely ignored. Best case scenario, they have an incredibly inept sales team. Worse case scenario they have a prejudiced staff who decided to ignore an African American female because of bias. I was eventually acknowledged begrudgingly after I had been inside several minutes. I decided that I probably would not receive personalized service here so I left the showroom. I experienced the greatest customer service today at the Lighting Loft. I was greeted by multiple staff persons as I entered and walked through the store. Ron Swanson assisted me in finding the perfect lighting for my kitchen. He displayed patient and knowledge while showing and explaining multiple lighting options. I will return as a customer. Not only is the selection here stylish and timeless, at the same time, the service was outstanding. The folks here know their industry, what the conventional wisdom is regarding lighting specific spaces and stand behind their products and installs. What a wonderful experience I had with The Lighting Loft. I had a custom LED light fixture created by the design team to go over my dining room table. As well as lighting to go in my walk in closet. Yaacov, his sales team, and the design team were there every step of the way to make sure I had exactly what I wanted. I am thrilled with the professionalism of this company; from the design to installation everyone was wonderful.
