With all the ups/down 2020 had to offer Dave and Kim Weston delivered our quality built dream home perfectly. We could not be happier. From day one it was a complete joy working with Weston Homes. Zero compromise, we got everything we wanted and nothing we didn't. Could not ask for a better home building experience. If your looking for the best local builder, give them a call.

We moved into our Weston built home in August of 2018. We worked with Dave to pick out an existing lot that he had in his inventory. The entire building process went very well. Dave and Kim met with us several times (and always responsive to emails with random questions) to go over the building plan, additional modifications and of course the selection of flooring/paint/fixtures, etc. (Kim is an excellent resource and she certainly has an eye for pulling everything together!) This was our second time building, so we had a loose idea of what to expect, but the Weston's went above

Weston Homes, Inc., Dave and Kim Weston built our beautiful custom home in 2011-2012. We could not be more satisfied. It was done in a timely manner with workers that were polite and showed obvious pride in their craft. Dave and Kim met with us on numerous occasions to discuss details and made interior and exterior design suggestions that were brilliant and made the flow of the home more attractive and efficient. I regret every day that I hired Dave Weston of Weston Homes to build my house. When I complained of the poor quality material and workmanship, Dave Weston abandoned building my house for over one month, and didn't resume work until after I filed a complaint with the Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation (DPOR) against Weston Homes, Inc. of King George, Virginia.
Poor quality material and workmanship. I paid a lot for upgrades that I did not receive! I would never recommend Dave Weston to anyone. He provides little to no oversight to his subcontractors and doesn't hold them accountable

Almost one year later and I'm still beyond happy with the home they built! Weston Homes was an absolute joy to work with. Dave and Kim were so personable and caring throughout the entire process and constantly kept in contact with me. I have been in my home for almost a year now and if even the slightest issue popped up, Dave and Kim were sending someone out to my house to take a look and ensure that I was happy. Weston Homes provided me a quality home for a reasonable price and truly went above and beyond to help me build my first home, a home that I absolutely love! Thank you Weston homes

We could not be happier with our decision to have Weston Homes build our home. From beginning to end Dave and Kim provided their excellent expertise in helping us to select everything in the house. The quality of materials used in building this house were above and beyond our expectations. Weston Homes does not cut corners!! After being in the house for a year now, we still couldn't be happier. I have built 5 homes in my life time and Weston Homes built the fifth. All I can say is “I AM MAD AS HELL”, I wish I found them when I built my first one. I would have had them build all 5. I don’t think there are many Dave Weston’s remaining in the world; honest, down to earth, and just a good man. Building a home is not an exact science, with many factors involved that could go wrong; material; weather, contractors… Things are going to go wrong, but Dave made sure that the final product was exactly what was contracted. Weston Homes built our dream home in 2013. The process was seemless as Dave and Kim walked us through the entire process. Any questions were answered immediately and they truly make your home feel like”your home.” They both are very detailed individuals and it shows in their work. As far as pricing goes I would challenge anyone to find a more reasonable price with the same quality. They are truly wonderful builders and just as impressive to me, wonderful people. It is hard to say enough good about Weston Homes. Our house is just as we had hoped and better, thanks to the added touches and thought put into it by Kim and Dave, Every detail is exactly right and the "extra quality" they talk about is everywhere we look. Besides which, you will never meet nicer people. They are honest, fair, and were a pleasure to meet with every step of the way. Remarkably, too, during the entire building process we were living 600 miles away but still felt as though our house was as important to Kim and Dave as it was to us.
