Perfect Perfect PERFECT!! If you want a Christian family friendly company, Buckhorn Flooring and More IS the place to go. From the first day entering their showroom, we knew this was place. Katie then came out to our home and measured the areas we wanted new flooring. She was not only professional but down to earth friendly. The entire process of purchasing and installation was just PERFECT. Installation was very professionally installed; they were meticulous in every process of the installation. I've been in and spent a free hours total looking at different flooring options for a new construction project. Annetta is extremely friendly and super knowledgeable and offered just the right amount of assistance. She was not pushy and did not hover while browsing, but she was also ready to answer any question I could possibly come up with.

Absolute rip off!!! Go to Rolla! They act all friendly and tell you how much you need to pay with labor. We pulled out all the flooring everywhere and just left the staples in one room, a small room to boot!!! Then I get charged over 1k additonally!!! 7k for carpet and tile on one floor of my house? And the job was shoddy. Rather than finish it properly, they just slapped it together because they didn't want to come back the next day. This was after they had told me the wrong dates twice! SAVE YOUR MONEY

My husband and I decided to put down waterproof vinyl flooring that looks like laminate in our dining room and hallways. We first contracted with Lowe’s who assured us they would be able to complete the job in a few weeks. We had to pay for labor and all supplies up front and then we faced a myriad of delays which were then expected to last for up to two months. Finally I cancelled the contract with Lowe’s and went to Buckhorn upon the recommendation of several local residents. This is a family owned business and they are wonderful! Don, Katie the owners are wonderful people. You are treated like family as soon as you walk through the door. Their prices are really good and they are so helpful. Great quality products! Annette, works in the office as well. She is so polite and personable, and will always call you back if you need some info. Don and their installers are great guys! They come into your home with respect for you and your home. Without a doubt you will NOT get this kind of service anywhere else...
