I have twice gone to Purser Architectural for some work, referred by a very satisfied client. The first time, I was starting a project and did not ultimately hire them, but they were definitely one of my top choices.
I have found the people and the process to be top notch. They were pleasant to work with, clearly laid out the plan in how we would proceed and how much everything would cost.
The second time I went to them, it was to finish plans and they talked out of hiring them. They said that the work I needed didn't need an architect, outlined the work needed and referred me to some reputable

Their customer services is the one of the worst I have had to deal with. I would send emails and they would take more than a week at times. When we started the process, I told them that this was my first house I was going to build so I did not know what the process was like. My expectation was for them to guide me through the process and also tell me everything i needed to know upfront. I find out in the middle of the process that there was an engineering fee to pay, which i was not counting on. In General very unhappy, if I ever do another house I am for sure not using them.

The level of professionalism by Guillermo Sahagún was superb. I'm so glad we decided to use Purser Architectural Inc for our project. They are reliable, trustworthy, easy to work with, responsive, always delivered their service (throughout all phases of the project) in a timely manner. Highly recommend this company.
