I am absolutely thrilled with my new Queen platform bed, dresser, and nightstands!!! The furniture is built solid and I am extremely impressed with the quality and amazing storage all pieces provide! When I compared the craftsmanship with other furniture stores, I knew without a doubt I was getting the best bang for my buck! I wish I had updated my tired and outdated bedroom sooner! I didn't realize that a relaxing, beautiful and comfortable bedroom suite would have such an impact on refreshing me each morning!

We went in to look at Murphy beds and we picked one we like. The girl was going over the options and my husband said, “so what price are we looking at”. She actually grumbled under her breath. Are you kidding me??? She was so unprofessional! Even my granddaughters said wow that was weird. We will never be back and will tell everyone I know not to go there!

This is the best experience buying furniture I have ever had. I was allowed to shop at my own pace and Mary was very informative and helpful in making a decision on the correct Murphy Cabinet bed for my home. When it was delivered, Taylor offered to set it up completely. I had no worries that I had missed a step because he went that extra mile. You are not going to find a better deal for your dollar than at Bedrooms West. Good prices and great customer service.

I bought a complete waterbed set... as we learned the hard way that this is the only place in the Portland area that still sells them! We worked with Shelly, she was great. There was no hard sell or pressure. Prices are reasonable too! I'll definitely be going back to purchase my kid's bedroom set as well.
