Updated 10/2: I received a call back from a lovely gal at Euroclassic, and a new set of legs was ordered and installed on our new sofa. I appreciate this being done-despite being past the 3-day exchange window that was initially given. Happy with sofa and that my complaint was addressed!
Previous review: Stopped in twice after seeing their advertising on Craigslist and had looked up their website. Ordered a sofa and told it would be a 3-week wait, or I could purchase the floor model. I chose the floor model, with the assurance it would be delivered quickly. Two days later it arrived. No packing

We initially bought a sofa and loveseat, but shortly before delivery we realized that there was no way both of them were going to fit. I called and the customer service was super nice and helpful and we got everything fixed!! The delivery was wonderful, and they were nice enough to bring both the sofa and loveseat, just in case we wanted both after all! Cherry on top was that the price was excellent. Everything was wonderful and I can’t recommend them enough. Picture is the sofa we bought

I had two well known online home good stores lose my patio furniture. One right after the other! By this point we were in July and not able to enjoy our outdoor space after months of frustration trying to get customer service to find solutions. So we drove to Euroclassic Furniture and bought a floor model outdoor sectional set that they had in the store. It looks great and the best part is they delivered it in just a few days and even set it up for us. Very happy with Euroclassic Furniture.

Impeccable customer service here, after shopping around for furniture on a time crunch with a few other stores, this was a breath of fresh air. I was greeted promptly, Tanya was the one helping me out. Tanya was very attentive and very ez to work with. She showed me furniture ideas that would work with the unique design I had. John the store owner also stepped in to save the day and got me a chair that was out of stock everywhere else in record time.

We just bought a new couch and are so pleased at how smoothly things went. The salespeople were very helpful and answered our questions thoroughly. We had delivery the next day and the delivery/set up guys were very professional. We paid $75 to have them remove our old couch and it was worth every penny! We have no way to transport something that large so it was a big relief to know they would remove it. I can recommend EuroClassic without a doubt.

I had a wonderful experience with Euroclass Furniture. I needed a futon last minute for the holidays to accommodate additional guests. I knew exactly what I wanted; I called ahead to see if it was in stock; and the staff was extremely helpful to find it for me. I ended up completing the purchase over the phone and they promptly delivered it within two days. The staff was very friendly and followed up to see if we were happy with the purchase. We love the futon and will definitely turn to Euroclassic first for any future purchases.
