Of any company I’ve ever worked with, I have never received the level of customer service that I have from Perch. I have had a cooper sofa for several years now and recently got a matching chair. They are both what I consider to be functional pieces of art for your home. From the design and ordering process all the way to delivery I was pretty blown away by how well I was treated, no detail was left unexplained and the product itself is absolutely fantastic. If you are on the fence between a big box cheaper alternative and a custom sofa from Perch, spend the extra money and get one from Perch

We bought a sofa here in 2019 and not only was the whole purchasing experience great, but it’s been a durable and amazingly comfortable (as well as stylish) piece of furniture. One star for giving us the runaround for weeks.
For every time we called, got an answering service asking us who we are working with, when we weren't really working with anyone specifically.
For telling us every time I called that the wait time for a couch just moved up another month, and we'd maybe have it by Christmas...And oh sorry the samples aren't here yet, we only have one person working in our sample department...
One star because we were completely confused and perplexed by their customer service, had trouble finding the right fabric, waited THREE weeks to get samples both

Perch is fantastic! I've bought two custom sofas from them so far. Both were delivered in perfect shape, well ahead of the expected delivery date (even in the middle of a pandemic). My newest order is the most beautiful sofa in the history of sofas, and Willi was super accommodating of my custom needs. I couldn't be more thrilled with my purchases and my experience, but I'm particularly thrilled with this turquoise velvet dream sofa.

Believe it or not this store offers custom furniture at a reasonable price. Couches manufactured in Los Angeles . Takes about 6-8 weeks. They are low key, low pressure and friendly . We met the owners as well as Amelia. They listen to your needs and bend over backwards to help you.
Made furniture shopping so pleasant. If possible I'd give them 6 stars.

Audrey has been fantastic. I went back a couple of times to sit on the sofas and ask a million questions. She was always happy to see me, was patient and gave knowledgeable answers. The furniture is very well made -they have a chair cut open so I could see the solid hardwood frame, spring system, foam, and other construction details. They have 8-way hand-tied sofas for a lot better price than traditional furniture stores. I highly recommend their approach to building and designing furniture - and their no-pressure sales. They can make anything you want if you don't see something you like on

What an incredible shopping experience. Quiet, unpretentious showroom filled with beautiful things (none for sale:) all samples) and an extremely friendly, helpful and enthusiastic shop person who happily dug through reams of samples to help me find just the right shade of leather for my sofa. It really doesn't get any better than this - locally designed and made and the 12 week wait made if feel like Christmas when I got it! I had lots of time to look forward to it and occasionally think about it happily being made while I waited...

We wanted a new sofa that was made with latex instead of regular foam and couldn’t find anything we liked in the Bay Area. While we were on vacation in Portland we came across Perch and are so happy we did. We found a sofa style that we love and were able to have it made with latex at a really reasonable price. The whole process from ordering to shipping went super smoothly. We couldn’t be happier with our new sofa!

My sofa from perch furniture just arrived. It is by far the greatest couch I have ever sat on. The fabric is performance velvet and it's so soft.
The employees were extremely helpful with designing my own chair. There was no pressure from a sales person. Such a pleasant experience.
Perch even had a loner couch for the time it took to make mine. I thought that was so cool.
I highly recommend this furniture company. You won't be disappointed.

I just received delivery on my loveseat and it is PERFECT. The turnaround time for my order was maybe 5-weeks? I'm sure that turnaround time vary for others in the future but it was such a pleasant surprise to get my sofa 4-weeks before I thought I would.
I visited the shop several times over a few weeks to do the whole process of selecting a sofa, talking to them about fabric, and the amount/type of fill I wanted in my cushions, and adjusting the dimensions to fit a small space. They are friendly, helpful, and low pressure.
