Portland Furniture

I had been searching all over the metro for a a leather couch and and didn’t realize most things were custom ordered when I came in. After sitting down with Julia she was extremely helpful and guided me to a great purchase. It arrived right at the eight week mark, which I found quick given the custom nature. I couldn’t be happier with the sofa, it’s well built and the service was as though I was shopping with a friend.

I have yet to receive the couch I order from them, so this review is based on customer service. They won't answer the phone EVER! trying to set up delivery with them has been a nightmare because of that. I have yet to see the couch which I hope is worth the hassle of trying to communicate with them.
We wanted to buy local but probably next time I'll just buy from the big stores at the very least they answer the phone.

Great furniture find in the NW Portland . Small space with a huge selection of sofas and sectionals to choose from . Working with Dana was like having complimentary design service at the house. Great find!

Fabulous store! My husband and I had to furnish a 700 square foot apartment from scratch. Space and storage were paramount concepts for any furniture. Julia and Dana were exceptionally helpful with choosing colors and even wall art. Our new loveseat sectionals had ottomans that became tables and included storage underneath. The standing and table lamps from Uttermost were even better than the catalogue pictures. Portland Furniture even had unique wall art to brighten up the walls. Really happy with our experience. Walked in and bought 6 pieces from them. Worked with us and what we were looking for and helped us make decisions. If I ever need furniture again I'll definitely be back.

We recently ordered a new sofa and two chairs. Dana was so very helpfully in helping us pick out fabric for the pieces. The items came in ahead of schedule and the pick up was a breeze!
We will recommend Portland Furniture to everyone and we will be returning soon for more items!

We have bought furniture it over a dozen stores in the Portland area. Dana at Portland Furniture is simply the best we've worked with. We won't go anywhere else.

We ordered 4 or 5 pieces from the company, all turned out very well except our sectional couch. The fabric we choose for our sectional couch started to pull away at the seams with in two months of our purchasing it. The company wasn't willing to fix the problem. Now, 2.5 years later, the couch has strings coming from all the seams and is quite an eye sore. I had expected a better quality for the price.

We are delighted with Portland Furniture. They are real pros, flexible and friendly. A couple of Canadians from BC, we wanted something special: a curved sofa, chaise longue and ottoman to fit in a particular space. Portland Furniture had reasonable prices and sent back informative emails. So we drove down over the border to look at some of their curved Flores Design models. We ended up putting in an order, picking out models and fabric. We got adept guidance from the store's owner on how items from the various Flores lines could go together to make a nice ensemble. I just placed a custom order for a beautiful couch from Dana at Portland Furniture. She was so helpful with picking out my fabric and contacting the manufacturer to make sure I would have the couch by a certain date. The couch was ready sooner than expected, the price was affordable and I felt very taken care of with this purchase. I have several pieces from this shop. I definitely recommend shopping here!
