Established in 1972, by Ken Cornwell, Cornwell Door Service started out as a 2 man operation and has grown. In 1996, Ken's first employee, Larry Hoy and his wife Tracy, bought the business and continued the legacy that Ken built.

We had a Really Good experience with Cornwall Door! We LOVE our new doors so much! On installation day we were to have new openers installed as well but the tech said we didn’t need them and fixed what we all ready had and saved us that cost! We did have to have them come out a few days later to adjust the doors a little and fix a wire attached to the opener, but they came out quickly!

I contacted Cornwell Door and setup an appointment to get a door replacement quote. They came out the next day (Friday) looked it over and it was explained that we wanted the the door, the track and the opener all replaced. We also wanted a entry pad on the outside wall. We picked the door we wanted and he said we would get a quote by Monday. I was surprised he couldn't just give us a quote on the spot. Well Monday came and went with no email from Cornwell. It's now been over a week since they were at our home and no email, no quote, and no phone call. He stated they had several weeks of work lined

Very Disappointed with Cornwell doors. The garage door came down on the car while backing out. Called Cornwell who installed the lift master and technician checked for defaults and saftey, said nothing was wrong and they could not do anything about it. Well the door does not just close on its own and why didn't the sensors detect it. This is a concern to since we have small children. Then I asked why I never got a second transmitter to open and close the door? He replied that they just installed it and lift master sends only one with the unit. Understandable I need to take matter up with lift master

Today I had a crisis, I couldn't get my garage door open, not even manually, which meant I couldn't get to work. I called Cornwall Door Services and they had someone at my house in less then an hour. Ray was courtesy and very professional and he was able to fix the problem in less then an hour. I will refer Cornwall Door Service anytime. Thank you for the promptness.
