We specialize in the sales, installation and repair of residential and commercial overhead doors, and garage door openers. Was looking for quotes to replace our existing garage doors. Was expecting someone to reach out and see when a good time would be to spec out the project. Instead I got a bunch of questions regarding type, style, size, etc. I was not looking to do this project on my own. I give this company a 1 star because of poor customer service on the front end requiring their customers to do all the leg work is BS. This would have become an issue because if anything would have been wrong they would have just pointed their fingers at me.
