I called Comfort Air for a regular HVAC service. They have a very good reputation in my community. I must say that my experience was the same. Israel, who was the technician who performed the service was highly professional, courteous, and took his time making sure the heating unit in the attic and condenser outside was properly cleaned and tested. He also made sure that any questions I had were answered before he left. One of the nicest, professional vendors I've worked with in this area. I would highly recommend them as not only was it a good service experience, but the cost for service

Seriously....Paul Voda stands by his word. His entire staff, from installation to his office staff, to even the call center after hours. Paul, Alex, Dominick, (basically anyone I had interaction with) made sure that we were happy customers and really went beyond our expectations.
It's nice to see businesses like this, they are few and far between. Where the customer, yes the CUSTOMER counts.
We can not be happier, even after a bumpy beginning, I cannot recommend someone better, a man that is true to his word and knows what he's doing.

Thomas Powers is a top professional. He came exactly on time, was super nice, got to the job right away, was "stealth" and tidy. He even stayed to answer some question we had and checked out the furnace and air systems thoroughly. He went above and beyond. We like him lots. We had an initial miscommunication that was immediately rectified after receiving a phone call from the owner.
After experiencing problem after problem with First Choice, we decided to get coil replacement quotes from five other companies.
At $4,500, First Choice was the highest and at $1,200 Comfort Air was the lowest. Not only do they offer great value for money, I found them to be the most knowledgeable, skilled, and professional company in the Coachella Valley.

Comfort Air has provided service for several years and last year installed a new air conditioner and heater. They provide excellent service and did a very good job installing the new units. The new units were at a fair price and offered excellent products, service and price.
They are recommended for both service and installing new air conditioner and heaters.

Yesterday had Comfort Air come to my condo for semi annual Fall checkup. Carlos was the guy that did the inspection who was extremely professional. Upon arriving he explained in detail what his inspection was going to entail and when he was completed he explained in detail what he had done , the overall condition of my unit as well as how dirty my filter which he had replaced. I got to say, I was impressed with his professionalism and can say he is a definite asset and great ambassador for Comfort Air.

We had a new A/C and furnace unit put in a couple of months ago by Comfort Air. Apparently, they need to burn off the manufacturers oils from the furnace before use. The work was completed in the time they said it would take and we were very pleased. This company is very customer oriented and looking to please the customer.

I did my research and came up with Comfort Air and my experience confirmed my research that they are very customer oriented and will respond when needed and offer many services that are designed to keep your equipment running well without worrying you.
Carlos and I believe Charles and Travis all the other people that I can't remember the names were all totally professional and knew what they were doing.

When our very old air conditioning and heating "package unit" on our roof failed during the height of the desert summer heat, causing us to move to a hotel, we considered several local companies to replace it. Wow! Paul Votta and his team were exceptional to work with. I'm in the middle of a renovation, so my mind was completely scrambled but Paul and his team made the installation of three ductless units painless. From when I first called, the team promptly scheduled an appointment to give me a bid. I was a bit worried that I lived too far in the high desert, but Paul told me it was not an issue at all.
