Company was assigned via my home warranty service. They came and assessed my water heater, and didn't give me any insight to the issue and just left and never got back to me! I eventually got hold of them 3 days later after leaving messages, texts and calls. when the owner spoke to me, they were so rude and believed they didn't owe me an update until they had spoken to the insurance company, not even just a basic diagnostic on what the issue was. i cancelled the work order and went to a more professional company!

I haven't seen a worst service of this kind ever. The entire staff is super-rude, especially the owner, they don't pick up the call and if they choose to call back, they take their own sweet time , sometimes 3-4 days.
Then, the owner itself is not on the same page with their own plumber. In the end, they didn't do anything to fix the issue and eventually had to hire another plumbing service after wasting whole month with them.
Avoid them as much as you can.

This company was sent to me by my home warranty service. They arrived on time and explained to me what their next steps would be. I had a very old water heater that just wasn't getting my water warm let alone hot. They ordered me a new one and replaced it within a week. I'd definitely use them again.

If I could give a zero star I would. I was forced to use this company through home warranty of America, the “technicians” came to investigate our reported claim of clogged pipes with an iPhone flashlight and in their “service vehicle” a white Chevy Impala. Neither men were wearing clothing to indicate they were legitimate or affiliated with a plumbing company of any kind. They collected $100 dollars, said we can’t help you with this, knowing full and well ahead of inspection we needed a hydro-jetting. This company is scamming the home warranty system and home owners. Despicable.

Sadly I cannot give zero stars. Anywho, our dishwasher was clogged and the pump sounded to be overworking. This led to a bad smell in the dishwasher after use and standing water, not to mention it wasn't drying the dishes either. All of this was explained on the phone to DP&S as well as telling them no additional water damage or issues near the dishwasher or sink existed.
They disregard all initial information given to them and send out a guy who does absolutely nothing besides corroborate what we had already told them. All he does is give us the name of someone that can fix it.
We are then charged

Terrible. Had a leaky kitchen sink. Came out and said they needed a part and they would have to come back. 2 days went by, nobody communicated with me, rude, terrible service, not timely, no sense of urgency, 2 days later, my sink is still leaking and I have to start over and hire someone else. Save yourself the hassle, don't do it.
