The hot water heater in one of my rental properties sprung a major leak and needed replacement. Called Joe Jr. at 8AM to see when they could replace the heater. He said they would be there that afternoon. My tenants have three children and need their hot water. They were there at 10AM and by noon my tenants had hot water. Super, Super, service.

It’s unfortunate that making an appointment to come to the house took almost 2 months due to incompetent representatives with poor phone etiquette. None of my phone calls were returned (when a return call to schedule an appointment were promised), and also one response was “we’re no longer taking new customers” even though I have been a customer in the past. Not to mention that we received an invoice and no one ever came to the house!

They arrived on time andinstalled my heater and air-conditioningunits. Be workers were very pleasant and helpful. They left the area and neat and clean. They tolerated a very inquisitive Kat and an overly friendly golden retriever. They also copied down the serial numbers and model numbers of the units for me so that I can easily register them for the warranty. They did a great job and I am very happy with their service.
